Shipping & Returns

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Because we work with sustainable suppliers, some items may occasionally take a little longer to arrive. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, get in touch and we'll track it down for you.

Wherever possible, our orders ship in plastic-free, recyclable packaging.

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• For hygiene reasons, personal care items (toothbrushes, shampoo bars, makeup pads) can only be returned if unopened
• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace or refund it free of charge — just send us a photo
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return

Changed your mind or received the wrong item? Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange for an unopened item of the same value. Just reach out via our contact page and we'll take care of the rest.
